Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

UK delivery options
- Standard: £2.95, FREE on orders of £30 or more. Estimated delivery 5 to 8 business days.
- Express: £5.95, FREE on orders of £30 or more. Estimated delivery 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery is also free on any order with 2 or more items. The available options and the final cost are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays or peak periods.

Tracking
Every order is tracked. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at contact@cosypaw.co.uk as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Missing or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbours and around your property, then contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the courier. If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Orders outside the UK
Where we deliver outside the UK, the delivery cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
